Some, if not most, of us are affected by pain and suffering of another kind.

Joint pain, allergies, weight problems, or just feeling stressed and fed up from a poor diet. I take it back, not “just stressed”. This is the main reason for today’s disease. Stress can change your health on a cellular level. Check medical journals, and do your own reviews. The fact remains, stress is a major problem with all age groups today, but we have the “baby boomers” to thank for being a massive part of those studies. The one most affected by stress, pollution, poor diet, and the unseen dangers of “then”.
