If the wine is not clear, it may be too much CO2. To fix this, add stabilizers: add 1 packet of metabisulphite and 1 packet of potassium sorbate to half a cup of cold water and stir to dissolve. Then add the mixture to the carb, stirring vigorously for a few minutes to disperse the stabilizers and break down the CO2.

Add 2 to 5″ of water to the top of the carbo.

Reconnect the air intake.

Let the wine clear for 8 days.
