Losing weight has always been one of America’s charms this decade, why is that? One reason is that, as humans, we tend to do what is comfortable and what feels good. Let’s face it, the best foods or “the ones we like” are always bad for us, or if they’re not bad, they make us fat. We need something simple, like fat loss for idiots, something that is simple and just keeps away from the bad stuff. I mean, this is not news, it’s not like that. Every body knows that the best foods we love are the worst foods for our stomach. How about work or exercise, who wants to. Wouldn’t it be great if you could just come home after work, eat a greasy sandwich, eat half an apple and drink 3 beers and still stay thin? I know what you’re saying, if you want to lose weight, you can’t be lazy, why not? I mean, I’ve seen a lot of people who don’t do any exercise, what they eat, and never gain weight. You know people like this, I’m sure. They always have something in their mouth, but they never weigh it. You think to yourself: you skinny b___h boy. Then you go home and eat a salad and gain 3 pounds, why? You do everything right, “most of the time” why can’t I do what he does? Then you think to yourself: why me? Let’s go back a bit and think about why that is. Take that skinny guy, he eats whatever he wants, or does he? He eats several times. You see this person eats at the food machine all the time. You think to yourself, he’s going to get fat, eat like that, I know, I can’t wait. But if that is what you think, you are missing the most important part of this formula. Again, fat loss for idiots. He hears what I’m saying.

Those were the days

Remember when you were young, when you were weak and your mother tried to feed you more at dinner. What was different then? Think about it, think about what you did all day, and think about how many times you ate. I have a 10 year old son, he is skinny, he is not skinny but skinny. During the day, he can eat something every two hours. It doesn’t matter what it is, he just has to have something in his mouth. I just did a little research and found out some things I already knew, but didn’t know what it actually meant.

Your metabolism is burning calories all the time, whether you’re just sitting on the couch or walking around the block. Our metabolism works even in sleep. Your body uses energy to move — to make your heart beat, your kidneys work, and so on. Keep this in mind, because you can change the rate at which they burn calories.

There are two basic ways to lose weight, do you know what they are? I know you may be considering a low calorie diet and working out. Let’s get the working part out now, the first part is correct. That’s what I said, eat more. Like KJ, my son, he eats a bit, which his body always takes out, if you know what I mean. Food does not have time to store fat, it is on the move. Besides, my son likes fruit. That’s the bottom line, fiber-rich fruits are great, like apples, grapes, pears, and melons are all great. Eating too much tricks your metabolism and makes your body burn fat like crazy. Did you know that there are foods that you think are healthy that make you fat?

I could go on and on about this, fat loss for idiots is not just a phrase, it is a diet plan that makes losing weight easy.
