Most of us assume that sex is best when it’s wet, but are you feeling as much contact as you can? Like a car engine, there is an upper and lower range required for maximum performance.

Excessive natural lubrication (fatigue) during sex reduces the pleasure of both partners. Women lose greater sensitivity along the vaginal walls. Men lose the ‘tight’ feeling they love. We all have an optimal level of compatibility that should create more pleasure for both partners, thus leading to an easier climax. 4) Wash with plain water. This has some effect by reducing the amount of natural lubrication, but as the woman gets older the effect disappears, resulting in even more lubrication being produced.

5) Insert a sponge or cloth. One of the embarrassing techniques that should be done intermittently. Couples find this a great turn-on. Manufacturers say the creams have a tightening effect on the vagina within 15-30 minutes, but evidence suggests that any tightening effect at all is minimal. Applying the cream to the inner walls of the vagina is difficult, embarrassing, and should be properly reserved for intercourse.
